Your Order Cancellation Rights

*You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.

*The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

*In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 2 business days from the day on which We receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

1.Eligibility for Returns :

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Items were purchased in the last 5 days
  • Items are in the original packaging ?
  • Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
  • The following Goods cannot be returned:
    1. Used items
    2. Items without tag
    3. Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

3. Pack and Ship:

Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest shipping location/ Our delivery partner will assign a dedicated person to collect the return item at your selected time slot.

4. Refunds :

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service and availability of your new item.
