1. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship your order within 3 – 5 days business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Kindly note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order. Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Shipping Cost varies based on the delivery address and type of shipping.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the country. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, all orders are shipped in eco-friendly packaging. We use recycled materials and minimize plastic use to reduce our environmental footprint.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@beyondethical.in within 3 –5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We request you to keep proof of the same in the form of an image or video, in order to process your requests at the earliest.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@beyondethical.in. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

9.Customs, Duties and Taxes

Beyond Ethical is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
